Vertiv seeks a Product Specialist - Services in Ohio to drive ERP evolution by delivering targeted enhancements and projects. You will support Product Owners toward global convergence, aligning regional needs with standardized ERP templates and reducing local deviations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-regional collaboration, and deep Oracle E-Business Suite/ServiceNow/SharePoint experience.

Qualifications

5+ years in ERP systems implementation, support, or product management.
Experience driving ERP enhancements and process standardization across multiple regions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Understanding of ERP convergence methodologies and global template design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver enhancements and process improvements to ERP systems
Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions
Ensure enhancements are aligned with regional and global strategies
Consolidate local process variants into a shared global ERP template
Assess and reduce local customizations and deviations towards standardized, globally supported ERP solutions
Identify and eliminate duplicated or overlapping processes and solutions
Provide expert-level support on complex, non-standard, or recurrent tickets
Analyze root causes of recurring issues and convert them into enhancement backlog items
Transfer knowledge to Second-Level Support through playbooks, guidelines, and documentation
