Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a senior Oracle EBS Leader to drive the strategic direction of EBS modules at a global scale. You will act as the design authority, translating enterprise strategy into a unified ERP roadmap and ensuring cross-region coherence.

Responsibilities include prioritizing global backlogs, validating solutions, and guiding architecture decisions to minimize technical debt while enabling scalable transformations across services operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in IT, CS, business, or equivalent.
• Experience leading Oracle EBS at enterprise scale is required.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into ERP roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across regions and functions.
