• Proven track record in driving ERP enhancements and standardization across multiple regions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enhancements and process improvements to ERP systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions
• Ensure enhancements align with regional and global strategies
• Consolidate local process variants into a shared global ERP template with consistency across regions
• Assess and reduce local customizations toward standardized, globally supported ERP solutions
• Identify and eliminate duplicated or overlapping processes and solutions
• Provide expert-level support on complex, non-standard or recurrent tickets
• Analyze root causes of recurring issues and convert them into backlog items
• Transfer knowledge to Second-Level Support through playbooks and documentation
