Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on ERP/PLM implementation, migration or improvement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating global, multi-site teams across the US and Europe (Germany).
• Experience defining or standardizing part-numbering and document-numbering conventions, ECO/DCO processes and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP/PLM improvement projects from charter through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across US and Germany.
• Define and roll out company-wide design documentation standards and change processes.
• Establish and govern part-numbering and document-numbering conventions and the part attribute tree.
• Define and roll out ECO/DCO and document-control practices across NPI and production.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Document Control and Compliance.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and changes; prepare status reports.
