Qualifications

• Strong background in Materials Planning, Scheduling, and Forecasting.
• Proficient in lean methodology and deployment strategies.
• Plex or similar ERP system experience.
• Automotive Tier 1 or Industrial Manufacturing exposure.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of shipping, receiving, warehousing and analysts to train and develop personnel.
• Provide management strategy and robust systems for plant inventory levels (raw, WIP, finished goods).
• Monitor and manage delivery schedules to minimize freight costs.
• Oversee production and scheduling practices to align with goals.
• Direct materials BOM measures to assess trends and take corrective action.
• Train the organization in lean and world-class materials management.
