Jobtailor in Massachusetts seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead ERP platform support and transformation initiatives within the Orthopedics supply chain. You will drive adoption, align platform capabilities with business needs, and oversee cross-functional delivery across operations, IT, and the supplier network.

The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, PMP/APICS Lean Six Sigma credentials, and the ability to navigate a multi-ERP environment with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• 6+ years ERP platform experience in healthcare or health services.
• 3+ years leadership in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
• Experience with Orthopedics Supply Chain and surgery kits complexity.
• Hands-on project delivery and stakeholder management required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of platform enablement for business users.
• Engage ERP user communities and communicate platform status and changes.
• Guide intake for platform enhancements and feed design governance.
• Partner with operate state and global adoption teams to drive adoption.
• Support a Super User Network and security role design processes.
• Sustain persona-based training curricula and governance for platforms.
• Assist transitions between deployment hypercare and operate state.
