Job summary

Freudenberg Medical in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking an ERP Manager to lead the ERP and enterprise application landscape across SAP and related systems. You will drive the roadmap, partner with global process owners, and ensure data quality, security, and compliance for manufacturing and regulatory contexts.

In this role, you will manage budget, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams while promoting continuous improvement and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP/enterprise application experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• 5+ years of management, team leadership, or program leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes and modules; lifecycle management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management for ERP/application support resources across multiple locations.
• Own the operational reliability, availability, performance, and support model for SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS and related enterprise apps.
• Develop and maintain ERP/enterprise applications roadmap in partnership with business and IT leaders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions with Global Process Owners across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial.
• Manage data quality, master data governance, reporting integrity, and integration controls across ERP/CRM/quality systems.
