Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Director for ERP Delivery and Operations (FICO) at the Indianapolis headquarters. You will guide a globally distributed IT team and own end-to-end delivery and operational support for the ERP FICO portfolio, aligning with Product Managers and business leaders to ensure SOX, GxP, and ITGC compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with 4+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
• Proven delivery and support experience of large-scale ERP solutions in core finance domains.
• Experience guiding a global team in a product-aligned IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide, develop, and mentor a diverse, globally distributed IT team.
• Own end-to-end delivery and operational support for the ERP FICO portfolio.
• Streamline IT processes, including change and release management while ensuring regulatory compliance (SOX, GxP, ITGC).
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and lead escalation for delivery issues.
• Define and execute continuous improvement, vendor oversight, and resourcing plans for future demands.
