Job summary
FMC Corporation is seeking a Finance and Compliance Product Leader to own end-to-end portfolio strategy for digital finance solutions. You will lead a team of Digital/IT personnel, partner with Finance stakeholders, and drive delivery of systems enabling financial accounting, costing, tax, reporting, and planning processes.
The role requires 7+ years in product management or IT project leadership, experience with SAP and ERP ecosystems, and strong Agile proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred for team leadership and ERP portfolio ownership.
- 7+ years in product management/digital product development or IT project management.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and product management tools.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for finance IT portfolio.
- Lead a team of Digital/IT resources delivering high-value outcomes.
- Manage demand intake, backlog, and prioritization with Finance stakeholders.
- Ensure lifecycle governance, risk management, and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with SAP, Concur, IBP, ARIBA, and other connected systems teams.
