Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join the Global Employee Relations COE in Phoenix. You will lead sensitive investigations, provide guidance to HR partners and leaders, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

You will analyze trends, advise on performance management and policy enforcement, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and HR to foster a compliant, constructive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with 4 years in Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support investigations into potential violations of company policies or the Code of Conduct, ensuring a thorough, impartial, and confidential process.
• Manage investigations within the COE environment, analyzing data, providing remediation, and maintaining clear documentation.
• Analyze investigation trends and provide insights to refine policies, improve processes, and enhance training initiatives.
• Advise on performance management, conflict resolution, ADA processes, and policy enforcement to mitigate risks and foster a positive workplace culture.
