Job summary

BILL is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to own day-to-day equity program administration on Morgan Stanley E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO). Reporting to the Stock Administration Manager, you will manage the full equity lifecycle — grants, vesting and releases, option exercises, ESPP purchases, terminations, and mobility events — in a SOX-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• CEP Level 1 certification required; CEP designation is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of progressive stock administration experience at a public company with RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and option exercises.
• Strong knowledge of Equity Edge Online (EEO) reporting, imports/exports, and release processing.
• Excellent Excel skills with pivot, lookups, and large data reconciliations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present complex equity topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer all equity plan activity in Equity Edge Online (EEO).
• Process daily stock option exercises (same-day sale, sell-to-cover, cash) and 10b5-1 plan transactions.
• Manage RSU and PSU releases end to end with tax reconciliations and payroll coordination.
• Administer the ESPP enrolment, contributions, true-up, and monthly GL reconciliation.
• Handle terminations, LOAs, and rehires; generate closing statements and adjust vesting as needed.
• Initiate share issuance and transfers through Computershare; maintain controls.
