Job summary

Morgan Stanley is looking for a team member to work within the Equity Derivative Solutions team, delivering hedging and monetization solutions to high net-worth clients. The role involves coordinating client onboarding, enabling trade execution, and supporting platform enhancements.

A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is required. The expected base pay is between $70,000 and $115,000 annually, with additional commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive day-to-day onboarding of clients from WM to IED platform
• Enable smooth execution of all elements of trade lifecycle process
• Support platform build-out and enhancement and be key contact for stakeholders
