Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Manager of Equity Administration to lead the global equity lifecycle, automate workflows, and ensure SOX-compliant processes. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Tax and HR to deliver accurate reporting and executive support in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of equity plans, deferred compensation, and ERP/HRIS integration, with strong data and communication skills to serve executives and employees globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in equity administration.
• Experience administering Deferred Compensation plans.
• Experience using equity administration platforms.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, implementation and maintenance.
• Analytical, forward-thinking and solution-focused with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather/validate data, reconcile and audit data.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Equity Cycle: end-to-end global equity lifecycle operations.
• Design, implement and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments.
• Architect internal controls and perform equity reconciliations for compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Corporate Tax, auditors, and advisors.
• Provide executive support and respond to equity-related inquiries.
• Administer Director/Executive Deferred Compensation plans.
• Contribute to communications and rollout of new equity programs.
