Blackstone seeks a professional to join the Global Equity Team to value and execute equity compensation awards for professionals across the firm. You will generate monthly and quarterly reporting and support payroll, tax, and FP&A with equity deliveries and analyses.

The role involves partnering with Global Compensation and HR, building dynamic financial models, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Value and execute new hire equity compensation awards.
• Perform ad hoc analyses related to equity holdings.
• Generate monthly and quarterly equity reporting for participants and management.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Tax on equity deliveries across jurisdictions.
