Job summary

Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, is seeking a professional to support administration, operations, and reporting for the equity-based compensation program. In partnership with Global Compensation Management and HR partners, you will help determine awards and manage daily equity plan operations in New York.

You will generate monthly/quarterly reports, perform ad hoc analyses, and build financial models to forecast distributions and share deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Compensation Team and HR Business Partners to value and execute new hire equity compensation awards
• Perform detailed ad hoc analyses related to individual and firm-wide equity holdings
• Assist with daily operations regarding administration of the firm's equity plan
• Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for equity participants and management teams as well as individual inquiries
• Assist team members with SIG and Blackstone initiatives related to technology, reporting, and process improvement
• Provide monthly forecasts to Tax and FP&A and work with management on equity-based compensation reporting
• Collaborate with Payroll and Tax on the review and execution of equity deliveries across reporting jurisdictions
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to assist in forecasting of distributions and share deliveries
• Assist in enhancing reporting processes, analytics and operations
• Perform strategic analyses and special projects, and execute group initiatives
