Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc Equity Specialist in Boston will administer and reconcile the equity system, supporting semi-annual ESPP purchases and grant tracking. You will coordinate with HR and payroll to ensure accurate enrollment, communications, and reporting.

You should bring 5+ years equity experience, a strong HRIS background, and excellent MS Excel/Word skills, with knowledge of ERISA and related regulations to ensure plan compliance.

Qualifications

• Equity Specialist needs 5+ years equity experience.
• Strong HRIS systems background.
• Familiarity with ERISA, IRS, DOL, HIPAA and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and reconcile the equity administration system; handle terminations and updates.
• Assist with semi-annual ESPP purchases and grant tracking (RSU releases, equity grants).
• Support semi-annual enrollment updates, refresh enrollment materials, and prep eligible employee files.
• Distribute equity communications and reminders to employees.
• Maintain global enrollment data and coordinate changes with HR partners and payroll.
• Generate monthly and quarterly equity reports for Finance and Payroll; review grant schedules.
• Load and review equity grant packages for electronic acceptances.
