Fluor Corporation in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EPFC/CM projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality on complex assignments. You will establish execution frameworks, manage multi-discipline teams, and coordinate with clients to meet contractual obligations.

We value deep knowledge of project controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance, plus the ability to navigate international environments and large-scale construction programs.

Formación

• Proven ability to manage complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders including management, clients, vendors, and teams.
• Experience in EPFC/CM project execution and contract compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management responsibilities on medium to large EPFC/CM projects.
• Establish execution framework to meet contract, safety, quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) emphasis across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with OSR, OSIP, and client reporting requirements.
• Manage project baselines, documentation, communications, and change control.
• Support sales and marketing efforts as needed.
