Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager within its Mining & Metals group to lead complex EPFC/CM initiatives. You will coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met on multiple sites.

Applicants should have an accredited four-year degree and at least 14 years of related experience, with strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in a related field and 14+ years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Develop and verify project baseline per contract and OSR.
• Support Project Director to align execution with baselines.
