Job summary

Fluor Canada seeks an accomplished Project Director to lead large-scale EPCM and mega projects in mining, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage contracts, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders on complex deliverables.

The role requires deep experience in project controls, risk management, and international coordination, with a proven track record on major FS/EP projects and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of related experience required.
• 15+ years in project management or related fields with supervisory scope.
• Experience as Project Director on mega-sized FS/EP/EP CM projects in mining.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage safety plans, emphasize HSE in all phases.
• Understand prime contracts and ensure compliance with obligations and reporting.
• Provide overall project leadership for safe, quality, schedule, and cost execution.
