WHOOP in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Global Environmental Compliance Specialist to lead our environmental product compliance strategy across global markets. You will own the framework, drive regulatory reporting, and ensure product lifecycle compliance from concept through end of life.

The role requires 5+ years of global compliance experience in consumer electronics or wearables, a science or engineering degree, and strong skills translating complex regulations into practical requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience managing global environmental compliance for consumer electronics or wearables.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure products meet environmental compliance standards in all current and planned markets (RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, SCIP, POPs, battery, packaging).
• Lead regulatory reporting, product declarations, and data submissions across markets.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Operations and cross-functional teams throughout product development and end of life.
• Communicate regulatory requirements to suppliers and improve supplier readiness.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and advise on impact and actions.
