Job summary

Endeavor, a global entrepreneurial network, is seeking an entry-level Analyst for its three‑year program starting in Summer 2027. You will work with founders and global teams to evaluate candidates and build in‑depth profiles across sectors like fintech, AI, and B2B software.

You will analyze trends in entrepreneurial activity across 35+ markets, participate in monthly ISPs, and collaborate on strategic initiatives spanning operations, data, and product/tech. Travel opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Interest in entrepreneurship and venture capital
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and ability to work across teams
• Self‑driven with ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and profile development: monthly 2–4 high‑quality candidate profiles for ISP stage
• Collaborate across Endeavor’s worldwide teams and founders in the selection funnel
• Study global markets to understand venture capital and industry sectors
• Improve ISP execution and deliverables, raise the bar for quality
• Support strategic projects with analysts and senior team members
