Booking Holdings is seeking a Global Sr Enterprise Security Architect to lead the long‑term security enterprise architecture across all brands. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on architectural guidance and governance, reporting to top security leadership.

The position requires mastery of cloud security, identity management, API security, zero trust, and secure SDLC, with strong executive communication and ownership in shaping security strategy across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Significant years of security enterprise architecture experience.
• Advanced security expertise: cloud/hybrid security, IAM, zero trust architectures, and secure SDLC.
• Strong stakeholder management: translate risk vs. reward to executives.
• Extensive ownership: drive complex challenges to closure with minimal guidance.
• Certifications: CISSP‑ISSAP, CCSP, or SABSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Booking Holdings Security Architecture blueprint aligning with 3–5 year business roadmap.
• Own governance lifecycle, identify gaps, and drive remediation without daily oversight.
• Advise Brand CISOs and Global CSO on security investments balancing risk and velocity.
• Provide North Star guidance to security engineers across brands and resolve complex architectural trade‑offs.
• Lead high‑stakes vendor assessments and drive cross‑brand security initiatives.
