Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks an Enterprise Security Architect to lead secure systems design, implement secure architectures, and oversee security across the organization. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to drive security initiatives independently or with teams.

Ideal candidates bring hands‑on experience across cloud and on‑prem environments, IAM, and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on embedding security into enterprise processes and risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, or cloud security.
• Experience creating and reviewing architecture diagrams and reference architectures.
• Expertise across SaaS, PaaS, IaaS including AWS, Azure, M365, Salesforce.
• Familiarity with IAM solutions (CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Entra ID, etc.).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain secure architecture patterns and reference architectures.
• Conduct security reviews of applications, systems, and networks to identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform threat modeling and risk assessments to propose mitigations.
• Integrate security into designs with enterprise architects and stakeholders.
• Translate technical security concepts for executives and non-technical teams.
• Recommend controls and tools to close security gaps and reduce risk.
• Stay current on threats and security technologies to improve posture.
• Mentor teams and promote a security‑first culture.
