Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to shape security strategy and lead strategic client engagements. You will drive Zero Trust programs, cloud security initiatives, and governance engagements while mentoring teams and expanding EY’s security offerings.

The role requires strong executive communication, client relationship management at C‑suite level, and a track record of delivering scalable security architectures for large enterprises. Travel is expected 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture strategy, assessment, and future-state design.
• Experience in network security architecture including segmentation and secure access.
• Cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Identity and access management architecture incl. Zero Trust and privileged access design.
• Application security architecture, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps integration.
• Data protection architecture incl. encryption and data loss prevention.
• Security architecture governance and enterprise architecture review processes.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Track record of leading client-facing engagements and business development.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries.
• Lead architecture assessments, Zero Trust transformation programs, and cloud security initiatives.
• Engage executive stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, Chief Architects, Boards) to frame challenges and present recommendations.
• Build trusted advisor relationships that drive long-term client value; ensure deliverables meet quality and budget constraints.
• Contribute to business development by shaping proposals and expanding client accounts.
