Job summary

Brightwing is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Leader to guide global technology operations and enterprise infrastructure. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and lead modernization across cloud platforms, data centers, networks, and end-user technologies.

In this role, you will partner with Cybersecurity and regional IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure that aligns with our digital strategy and manufacturing/office footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global roadmap for enterprise infrastructure including cloud, data centers, networking, identity, and user support.
Ensure stability, availability, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise technology services for manufacturing and corporate environments.
Lead modernization, automation, and observability initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.
Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and continuity programs across global locations.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity and regional IT teams to strengthen identity controls and Zero Trust initiatives.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, sourcing, and cost optimization.
Provide executive reporting on service performance, risks, and strategic outcomes.
Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
