Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure strategy and cloud transformation.
• Advise board committees on cybersecurity and risk management.
• Establish security and technology risk management frameworks.
• Oversee incident response, crisis management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Direct technology budgets, vendor relationships, and modernization programs.
