Johnson Health Tech Companies seeks a Principal Enterprise Data Architect to lead the global data platform design, governance, and delivery. The role drives Databricks-based architecture, data integration, and scalable data models across SAP, CRM, and e-commerce systems.

Responsibilities include defining patterns, mentoring teams, and establishing standards for performance, security, and reliability while partnering with global IT and business units.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data architecture, engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Senior architect or technical lead experience required.
• Expert-level SQL and Python for data engineering and ETL/ELT pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture for global enterprise data environment, including lakehouse platform.
• Lead ETL/ELT design across SAP, CRM, e-commerce, and other sources.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks and data-processing standards.
• Set data-modeling standards for raw to analytical layers.
• Lead technical governance, standards, and cross-team collaboration.
