Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Asset Program Manager to own the enterprise hardware asset management program for 21,500 employees and 60,000+ devices across PCs, Macs, and mobile devices. This hands-on role will implement governance, data accuracy, and cost discipline across the full lifecycle.

You will define strategy, build catalogs and standards, and align asset data with ITSM processes while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Security, and HR to drive cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of enterprise asset management experience across the full lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience at large scale (50,000+ assets) with governance and data hygiene.
• Hands-on CMDB/ServiceNow data integration, data accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and operating model with Finance, Procurement, and Security.
• Establish hardware standards, catalog tiers, and governance.
• Drive lifecycle controls from request to disposal across devices.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and spend analysis for hardware.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for senior leadership.
