Qualifications

• 25+ years of technology leadership in regulated environments.
• Hands-on engineering with ability to code and guide technical teams.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, multi-year roadmaps and governance.
• Deep knowledge of distributed, event-driven, data-intensive systems and cloud platforms.
• Strong domain knowledge of financial services, regulatory reporting, data platforms and AI/analytics.

Responsabilités

• Shape technology direction for Enterprise Solutions in partnership with the Head of Technology.
• Serve as hands-on principal engineer/architect and turn strategy into buildable designs.
• Engage with senior engineers, platform teams, and product partners to drive delivery.
• Lead major initiatives, including incidents and recovery, balancing long-term goals with delivery needs.
• Represent technology direction to clients and senior stakeholders with clear trade-offs.
