Four Seasons is seeking a Lead/Principal Enterprise Architect to define and drive the global technology roadmap, aligning complex business goals with enterprise-scale solutions. The role focuses on architecture design and the responsible adoption of AI across the organization.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in enterprise architecture, communication with executives, and a track record of delivering technology that supports guest service excellence worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect or in an international role.
• 10+ years in roles like Solution/Platform Architect.
• 3-5 years hands-on software development/engineering experience.
• 5+ years presenting to Executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architecture patterns and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and guest service needs.
• Develop a 5–8 year Enterprise Architecture and Technology Reference Architecture.
• Define AI reference architectures, guardrails, and patterns for scalable AI adoption.
• Communicate architecture guidelines to Solution, Platform, Data and Security teams.
• Lead Technology Architecture function and align with other architects.
• Participate as a member of the Technology Leadership Team.
