Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Atlanta seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead AI and cloud architectures. You will define a long-term technical vision, create scalable data products, and partner with engineering to deliver secure, compliant solutions across the organization.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, executive influence, and proven delivery of complex AI-enabled platforms in a hospitality context.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of architecture/design/delivery experience including enterprise architecture or solution architecture in technology and security.
• Extensive experience across architectural domains: application, data, infrastructure, security and integration.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and guide multi-team efforts.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI concepts, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term enterprise architecture roadmaps for AI across the organization.
• Design and prototype AI platforms, frameworks, and core services for scalability, security and velocity.
• Lead legacy modernization to cloud-native architectures with migration strategies.
• Architect data platforms (warehouse/lakehouse) with cost/performance optimization.
• Establish patterns for ingestion, transformation, orchestration and observability.
• Embed governance, security, privacy and compliance into architecture and CI/CD practices.
• Influence senior stakeholders across business, products, engineering, security and governance.
