Job summary

Aven Hospitality seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to align business strategy, technology investments, data, and AI capabilities across the organization. You will lead the evolution of architecture strategy, ensuring AI-enabled products, reusable platforms, and governance frameworks drive responsible innovation.

You will partner with executives to translate strategy into roadmaps, define standards, and guide modernization, cloud adoption, and platform engineering.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and governance.
• Proven ability to govern AI, data initiatives, and security/compliance within architecture.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership to drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and guiding principles.
• Align capabilities, processes, applications, information, and technology with strategic objectives.
• Create future-state architecture blueprints to support growth, innovation, and efficiency.
