Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development and governance of enterprise-wide architecture strategies spanning cloud, AI, integration, security, and data domains. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture roles.
• Experience in regulated environments and governance practices.
• Hands-on with AI tools and automation in architecture.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and compliance standards including NIST/CMMC-related guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across cloud, AI, integration, security, and data domains.
• Develop executive-level deliverables: roadmaps, briefs, risk assessments, diagrams.
• Govern AI platforms, APIs, landing zones, and governance controls.
• Maintain enterprise standards, reference architectures, and governance processes.
• Participate in ARB meetings and provide architectural oversight for strategic initiatives.
• Assess applications, integrations, and dependencies to support modernization and AI readiness.
• Conduct technology evaluations, PoCs, and trade studies for best-fit solutions.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and risk assessments for tech investments.
• Support Zero Trust initiatives focusing on identity, data protection and access controls.
• Identify automation opportunities in architecture and IT operations.
