Job summary

AMS Impact Group, the management organization supporting Academies of Math and Science, seeks an Enrollment Outreach Manager in Tempe, AZ. You will lead a team of Enrollment Outreach Coordinators, drive enrollment through community engagement, and manage partnerships with schools and organizations while working in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors as needed.
• Willingness to work evenings and one to two weekends during peak season.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.
• Experience with CRM and enrollment systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Enrollment Outreach Coordinators daily.
• Balance outreach travel (~60%) with team leadership (~40%).
• Manage territory and build community partnerships.
• Represent AMS at events, fairs, and enrollment activities in English and Spanish.
• Plan, staff, and execute enrollment outreach events.
• Monitor and report on lead generation, follow-up, and conversions.
• Coordinate with Marketing Analyst for data accuracy and reporting.
