Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking an Engineering Standards & Specifications Specialist who will bridge Engineering, Standards Management, IT, and global operations to ensure publication, maintenance, and governance of automotive engineering specifications.

You will guide workflows regionally and globally, support users via DRIVE IT, and develop training materials to promote best practices in specification governance and knowledge continuity.

Qualifications

• Responsible for managing publication and maintenance workflows for electrical and electronic engineering standards across regional and global footprint.
• Review, process, and release Engineering Specifications with quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Mitigate document obsolescence and knowledge loss from personnel transitions or organizational updates.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute standard authoring guidelines, templates, and formatting procedures (e.g., CEP.00001).
• Assign and govern standard part numbers across technical documentation and engineering databases.
