Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in the United States seeks a Lead / Senior Engineer to bridge engineering standards, EDP, and digital tools across North America and global regions. You will translate requirements into harmonized global processes, govern technical content, and support deployments of Teamcenter AWC Part Readiness–EDP.

You will define current and future roadmaps for EDP, lead BRD authoring, enable KPI reporting with Power BI, and drive data governance.

Qualifications

• SME for global engineering knowledge management and standards.
• Experience aligning engineering processes with digital tools.
• Ability to author BRDs, build ROI cases, and secure funding.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical standards, EDP, and digital tools across NA and global regions.
• Serve as SME and system manager for Teamcenter AWC Part Readiness–EDP.
• Define current/future-state roadmaps for EDP and Part Readiness across multiple platforms.
• Lead reporting enhancements, data governance, and global KPI initiatives.
• Develop training materials and provide user support for the environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional workgroups and drive executive-aligned decisions.
