Corning Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to apply engineering principles toward enhancing the plant's quality architecture and product reliability.

You will analyze processes, lead root cause investigations, and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to implement sustainable improvements. The role requires a BS in Engineering with 2+ years in process or quality engineering, knowledge of quality systems, and experience with ISO certifications.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 2+ years’ experience in process or quality engineering.
• Experience with quality systems and ISO certifications preferred.
• Ability to drive projects to closure and lead internal quality audits.
• Strong data collection, statistics, and control charts knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes; conducts QA tests.
• Drives corrective and preventive actions and root cause analysis.
• Supports QA resolution of product and/or customer issues.
• Leads updates and training for EtQ system and quality reviews.
