Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives across Infrastructure Services. You will develop and maintain schedules and WBS, coordinate resources with supervision, oversee progress, and drive on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing RFP processes, drafting scope of deliverables, updating standards, and handling risk/issue tracking, meetings, and communications. A passion for customer experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning.
• Experience with WAN planning, circuit delivery tracking, and telecom provider coordination.
• Experience supporting Cisco switching environments and secure connectivity.
• Ability to manage enterprise cutover planning and business-critical migrations.
• Experience managing secure connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project schedules and WBS.
• Manages resource needs in collaboration with supervision.
• Oversees project progress and workload through duration.
• Handles RFP processes and vendor selection.
• Writes contract scope of deliverables.
• Updates processes and standards as needed.
• Manages risks, issues, and actions; schedules meetings and minutes.
• Communicates with end users and IT broadcasts.
• Monitors and reports on project KPIs.
