Admix Inc in Londonderry, NH seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and product development teams in the U.S. and Denmark, driving innovation and sharp execution aligned with global goals.

You will recruit and mentor engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with sales for product specs, while sustaining a disciplined, high-performing organization with on-site work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in mechanical or manufacturing.
• 10 years of experience in a mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD and production engineering groups across US and Denmark.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, vendors, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-regional engineering standards and reviews.
• Maintain EPICOR ERP configuration and document control systems.
• Collaborate with Sales to determine feasibility and cost of customer requests.
