Job summary

Connexion Systems & Engineering is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a global team of engineers focused on electromechanical product development for demanding industrial and aerospace applications.

This hands‑on role balances technical design, process improvements, and people leadership, driving projects from concept to production and mentoring engineers across locations. Travel ~10% may be required; base compensation is substantial with potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 engineers across locations.
• Be the technical leader for electromechanical product design and development.
• Manage projects from concept through production, meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, product management, quality, and customers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive Lean initiatives and process improvements in a growing manufacturing environment.
• Support new product development, testing, and qualification.
