Qualifications

• Minimum eight years related work experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading delivery in a technology or engineering environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across regions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a globally connected engineering team.
• Oversee delivery of technology initiatives aligned to product goals and business priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders across regions to manage priorities and drive outcomes.
• Support staffing, delivery forecasting, and team capacity planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of team processes and delivery model.
• Shape team strategy and identify opportunities for value creation.
