Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Dallas to lead multiple engineering teams delivering wealth management technologies. You will set technical direction, govern architecture, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet client needs and business goals.

You will partner with Product and Data leaders to shape roadmaps, drive modernization, and foster a culture of innovation and high performance in a hybrid in-office role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 in management leading engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering cloud-native, scalable, secure solutions in enterprise settings.
• Strong ability to align technology with client needs, business goals and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams across Wealth Management products.
• Provide architecture guidance, governance and technical accountability for delivery.
• Partner with Product, Architecture and Data leaders to drive roadmaps and investments.
• Promote modern engineering practices including DevSecOps and observability.
