FTAI Aviation Ltd. seeks a results-driven professional to manage the timely physical return of leased aircraft engines, enabling rapid redeployment and revenue generation.

You will own end-to-end execution, driving removals and coordinating with lessees, maintenance teams, and logistics to minimize idle time and maximize redeployment speed. The role requires strong organization, excellent communication across technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders, and willingness to travel globally to

Formación

• Experience in aircraft and engine leasing operations.
• Experience in engine redelivery, recovery, or asset execution roles.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Experience with CFM56 engines.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end engine redelivery from lessees after lease expiry or termination.
• Drive engine removal timelines with airline powerplant, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate when needed to meet schedules.
• Maintain visibility of upcoming returns and readiness for redeployment.
• Coordinate with lessees and internal stakeholders on scheduling, execution, and logistics.
• Support practical solutions for removal locations, tooling, and on-wing inspections.
• Collaborate with Technical Asset Management to confirm redelivery requirements and distinguish blockers.
• Coordinate inspections, borescopes, packaging, and transport for engine returns.
• Assist commercial discussions with real-time execution intelligence.
