Job summary

Reporting to the Director, CGE you will prepare financial action documents, manage vendor payments, and generate reports. A Bachelor's degree and international experience are preferred, with language skills valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience working, studying, or living abroad for at least four months.
• Proficiency or fluency in a second language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates billing and collections for study abroad programs and CGE activities.
• Ensures accurate collection records and oversees accounting procedures for all assigned programs.
• Processes payments to international partners and maintains timely communication to meet deadlines.
• Prepares and reviews financial documents to facilitate fund transfers and vendor payments.
• Gathers, prepares, and distributes data for reports and presentations using appropriate software tools.
