Job summary
CATL is seeking an Overseas Service Sales Engineer to promote and sell energy storage operation and maintenance services in designated overseas markets. You will engage with end customers, partners, and developers to drive service contracts and revenue growth.
You will collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored O&M solutions, supporting regional targets and maintaining strong competitive positioning in overseas energy storage services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in energy storage or related sectors.
- Experience in overseas markets (Europe & Americas, Australia/New Zealand, Japan/Korea) is a plus.
- Familiar with energy storage O&M or asset management concepts.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and selling long-term service contracts.
- Fluent in English and Local Language; Chinese language a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional service product sales strategies and develop new clients.
- Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to signing LTSA/ASSA.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor O&M service portfolios.
- Maintain CRM records and analyze pipeline data.
- Travel 30–50% to overseas clients and project sites.
