The ideal candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree and 4-10 years of experience in energy or sustainability. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of professional experience in energy or sustainability.
• Proven experience in Project Development and Management.
• Willingness to travel as needed (10-30%).

Responsibilities

• Develop roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing plans.
• Manage cross-functional team activities for project progress.
• Prepare and close land agreements with in-country teams.
• Identify expedited grid connection opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage permitting documentation.
