- Build trusted relationships with customer executives, serving as a strategic partner on supply chain priorities, business planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead supply chain input into customer bids, business proposals, quarterly business reviews, and product cost assessments, including material pricing and bill-of-material (BOM) analysis.
- Collaborate with commodity management and commercial teams on supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, contractual commitments, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate global manufacturing sites and cross‑functional teams across planning, procurement, logistics, engineering, and commodity management to support customer requirements.
- Provide supply chain leadership throughout new product introduction, production ramp‑up, and ongoing manufacturing operations.
- Guide capacity planning, demand alignment, and sourcing strategies to support customer growth and business commitments.
- Proactively manage supply chain risks, including material shortages, excess and obsolete inventory, delivery challenges, customer claims, and escalations.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of supply chain professionals, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Influence senior leadership and cross‑functional partners to resolve complex challenges and deliver measurable improvements in cost, inventory, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring

- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or a similarly complex global manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, including materials management, procurement, production planning, inventory optimization, supplier management, and logistics.
- Demonstrated success developing supply chain strategies that balance cost, service, flexibility, continuity, and business growth.
- Experience partnering with senior customers and executives, negotiating solutions, and resolving complex commercial and operational challenges.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with BOM costing, material pricing, total cost of ownership, and supply chain risk management.
- Working knowledge of international trade, import/export requirements, regulatory considerations, and global logistics.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
