Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management within EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on savings and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global EMS/PCBA strategy, including supplier footprint, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
• Lead sourcing strategies using the CIPS process to ensure capability and capacity across the supply base.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, renew price lists, and manage terms and conditions.
• Manage procurement planning, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs to hit financial targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers focusing on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Provide ongoing contract management and supplier oversight.
• Ensure all stakeholders understand and execute the strategy and meet sourcing targets.
