Job summary

The role is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement, reporting to the Global General Counsel. The ideal candidate will handle U.S.

employment matters, immigration programs, and related governance, partnering with HR and external counsel to ensure practical, compliant solutions across jurisdictions. A J.D. from a U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Experience advising on U.S. employment law matters.
• Experience supporting U.S. business immigration programs.
• Experience handling employment disputes and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support on U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Advise management and HR on hiring, onboarding, performance, discipline, and restructuring.
• Counsel on ADA, FMLA, wage and hour, and other compliance issues.
• Lead immigration programs (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.) and coordinate with external counsel.
• Manage employment-related litigation, investigations, and agency matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts and related workforce documents.
