Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Newark, NJ, is seeking an Employment & Labor Of Counsel with a strong focus on both counseling and litigation. The role offers a base salary up to $280,000 plus productivity and discretionary performance bonuses, with fully remote work and a hybrid option in practice.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of employment-law experience.
• Substantial management-side employment counseling experience.
• Active New Jersey and New York Bar admission, or NJ admission with eligibility and willingness to obtain NY admission.
• A practical, commercially focused approach to advising employers.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on HR matters, discipline, terminations, workplace policies, accommodations, leave and compliance.
• Counsel clients on wage-and-hour issues and employee classification.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements.
• Defend employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful-termination matters.
• Handle administrative proceedings, workplace investigations and trade-secret disputes.
